A narrow lagoon at the very tip of Keehar archipelago, Hotom bears
the sense of peril and mystery. Rocks rise like castle walls around it, and ice
caps hide it from prying eyes of travellers, for its depths are the source of
precious life. In Hotom’s lightless caves the most gentle wonder is born: caressed by warm underwater streams, Moonlit eggs faintly glow, secured in the island’s stone grasp. Only the Basilisk can find a way in Hotom’s submerged labyrinth, and they guard it fiercely.
