Through great effort and dedication a plan was conceived: for all Moonlit and Forest Shade dragons to protect the Inner Archive, and for all Fire kin to form a circle around the city and fight to the death.The First-Born surrounded Archive, ready to savour its destruction. But in the dim twilight they saw the walls of the city light up as hundreds of dragons, cloaked in fire, rose into the air.Such sight startled the First-Born, and the veil of blind rage was torn before their eyes. And in the moment of uncertainty, the Fire attacked. A downpour of blazing flames, their bitter grief got under the thick shell of the First-Born, and they had to flee, their strength fading, realization quickly catching up with them. Their ancient bodies were giving up – they needed energy to survive. Chased by the Fire, they rushed north, to the breach in the Roov chain. The city of Teooken was their last victim, crushed under their flight. With the last push the giants fell at the foot of Keehar peak, depleted of their strength, overthrown with sorrow, defeated by the Fire that fell next to them like ashes, burned from the inside.
